Sorry we have not seen you much, with the end of the BEML season and the holidays everyone kind of stopped playing to take a break.

Come visit in IRC. You don't have to talk, I idle in there all the time, but at least you will have an opportunity to chat You can use www.mirc.com and click on the mIRC link on the left to join, or you can use jIRC, a web based IRC chat program if you do not want to install anything.

Do you use and IM services? ICQ, AIM, MSN...?

Practice is Monday nights. Sunday also, though it is often light attendance.

We also use TeamSpeak voice chat to help coordinate attacks and chat in-game. Again, no need to talk, but it would help to listen in.

It is great to see your interest in THZ

Yeah sorry that things are a little slow but yeah know about the holiday stuff and we are taking a needed break from our last season until the next one starts up.

Thanks guys,
I didn't mean i dont like to talk. Actually I talk to much.
But, I have limited use of my left hand. Only two fingers
and thumb. Sooo Im a slow typer and usually the subject
has changed before i can finish entering a thought.
But dont get any ideas of an easy kill,
The two I have left are both trigger fingers.

I look forward to some practice time and will try to
download the files for irc. uh, wwhats a eye see que.

Yeah, holiday season it is. Tomorrow afternoon. I've still got an exam left in the morning. Data structures, it's called. Loads and loads of lists and trees and graphs. Yummy!

Now that we're into speaking (well, writing really) about holidays, I must regretfully anounce that I will be away from home for the entire Xmas/New year holidays. I will be in the cold North, skiing and reading tons of books and the like. I am not sure about the facilities I'll be in, so I'm not sure I can be around the forums with any regularity....

Hey urgh! It's nice to see that you're interested. I applied only just a month-and-a-half ago, and I sure haven't regretted that! And I believe its "I seek you". It's a find-and-chat-with-your-friends-when-you're-online application. Check out www.icq.com. It's easy to install and run, just make sure to uncheck some boxes during install if you want to keep your mailbox relatively clean...

And get Teamspeak. I've been using it without talking once or twice, since I couldn't figure out how to get my mike to do my bidding. Besides, I'm not really fluent in English. Well, not spoken English, at least. I haven't practiced my English for a couple of years. That's the sort of thing that happens when you graduate from mandatory school, I guess.

Well, well. I won't be around for training in the coming weeks, and don't hope for too much involvement on the boards...

So, if WoC talks on TeamSpeak we'll know that it's probably not the Russians, right?

(I have not heard anything but Norwegian from that part of Europe. Should be interesting.)

I've heard him talk but he only said a few words.

Dont worry about it WoC Im sure things will get real slow next week. We will not be around after Christmas til the end of the new year too. Its just that time of year and its going to happen and we dont get upset about it. Family and stuff come first.

So have a great one!!!

Hey, Asha! I'm not that bad! I sincerely hope... And I definitely do NOT intend to speak Swedish, if that's what you're on about! I guess Xeno would understand a word or two, but... I suppose I could teach you a phrase or two to impress your friends with, though...

VSTOL = Vertical S(omething) Take-Off and Landing? Could be...

Enjoy your holidays, peeps. Take care, and don't break any legs or some such stupid thing.

Bye for a while.

It's Vertical/Short Take-off and Landing. It's the designation for aircraft like the JSF and Harrier, and the Marine Corps Osprey.

btw- JSF is the Joint Strike Fighter. It has a V/STOL variant.
