The commercials/movie trailers they play before the actual movie has gotten pretty out of hand.
You really don't need to get to theater until like 15 mins after the start time.
I'm always freakin' out that we are going to be late but when we get in there it's started and we STILL end up sitting thru 5 million previews.
With kids it's really hard, they want the movie to start and instead they have to sit thru a bunch of crap.

Hey Gryph.. guys have way different hormones.. YES I have been triggered by advertising to buy something. It happened all the time when I was pregnant. I would see an oreo commercial and go "OMG I AM BUYING SOME TOMORROW!". Same w/ Dr. Pepper.. I never drink it or buy it for that matter but that salsa dancing one would come on and I had to have it!!

I've never found a seat in a theatre I liked.

SH, have you ever been to a theatre with stadium seating? The one here in Burlington is just installing it in its 12 theatres, and the view lines are perfect... While there are some not so good seats (the far sides), every seat is good in the sense that you have a perfect view of the screen.
