I too find many things to be pissed at in life, having gone through a number of events lately.
Asha, you're more of an exercise nut than I am... perhaps you should try to up the workout routine a bit? Jog or something? I don't do the same myself (mostly because my knees are made of glass, figuratively speaking), but I do whip out some old Tae Kwon Do katas and have at those. Or I find a nice thunderstorm and listen to it. |
*gasp* Someone else here enjoy's Martial Arts? Wow. Tae Kwon Do kata's, eh? I used to be into that, but then the club started to charge more and more money, so I switched to Chito Ryu (Which is Karate, for thoes of u who arent in the know).

Yeah, that's pretty much what the doc said, AB. Especially when he asked how often and how long I do aerobic exercise. (three days a week, for half an hour.)
I need to bump that up, and I have gone back to swimming in the mornings. You know Tae Kwon Do? Hehe.... Jiujitsu and Wing Chung Kung Fu, here. ;) (Hmm....maybe I should do some more of that?) Oh and the doctor said that I am pretty strong, I just need to use those muscles and get some endurance training in. (Same doctor that did the hernia thing too. :( ) |
