Fix for some of those UE problems in Tribes 2

FYI, per a discussion in the T2 forums it turns out that "Spyware" creates UE's and ping issues in Tribes 2.

Go to www.lavasoft.de to get a free program that will hunt down, report, and remove the spyware programs that hide in the background. A better place to download it is at: download.cnet.com/downloa.....dl-63806

Let me know how many spyware programs you find and see if this fixes it.

My BRAND NEW OS load up and been on the net only like 3 times already had 1 on it.
