Titles and Jobs

How does one earn a title of job, like captain of offence? Why can't there be a captain of repairs, or Designated Driver (no lagging and driving kids!).

I believe I can answer this one... Because of the current size of THZ, we decided not to go crazy with the titles. It doesn't make sense to have a team of all captains, right? ANd also, vehicle use would fall under Offence more than likely, Repairs under D.
