You don't have to have ICQ, just an ICQ account. If you don't have one, you can sign up for one through Trillian, along with AIM, Yahoo, and MSN.

Ya, I was just doin it cause mIRC was down. I will have a mIRC alternative for next time however if irc.dynamix.com goes down again.
