Recommended: Writer's Support pack. Get it from:

Installation: Drop cdcmChatAlert.vl2 in Tribes2\GameData\base

If Writer's support pack is installed, options can be set from the Launch->script
menu. Otherwise, you may edit the settings in prefs\cdcmPrefs.cs which is created
the first time you run Tribes2 after this script is installed. Turn on an option
by setting $cdcmPref::ChatAlert::option to "1" or off by "0"

Chat Alert Options:

Buddy
Alert when one of your Buddies chats (default: ON)

Primary Clan
Alert when one of your primary clan members chats. Both players must have the same clan tag. (default: ON)

Smurf
Alert when a smurfing Warrior's name matches someone in your buddy list. (default: OFF).

Voice Chat
If this is selected then you will be alerted when one of the players you select uses the voice chat (V-Menu) system. (default: ON)

Global Chat
If this is selected then you will be alerted when one of the players you select uses global chat. (default: ON Currently this feature cannot be disabled).

Team Chat
If this is selected then you will be alerted when one of the players you select uses team chat. (default: ON Currently this may not be disabled).
