Yes, but with a course like DeLukas took, you can find out WHY it crashes.

I prefer the "crush with an open fist until it works" method... it tends to be MUCH more user-friendly, and it adds a bit of percussion to your daily computer tasks (like the whirr that comes from an abused fan, or the clicking that comes from a busted HD)..
