Gyros!!

With the lamb, and the pita, and the tzatziki sauce its just perfect. I have a theory that the more innocent the animal that was butchered the better its flesh tastes. The lamb wins hands down. You have to have them at either all greek or all arab restaurants. They know how to do it right. Theres a greek place down the road from here that sells Gyro ingredients grocery list style...you can get a pound of meat for 5 bucks and 10 pitas for 3. I make a pilgramage once a month or so and pig out.

New Zealand. Australia would work too. They're pretty, and I'd like to spend some time in the country and watch the animals that don't exist anywhere else.
