Need Help

Ok need all you computer nerds to come out and try to help me

Ok whenever I play T2 Im gettin this jittery movement, EVERYTIME I move, never goes away. I went into Settings and turned everything down to 0 and still got the jittery crap. After BJ messed with it for a while we think it might be something outside of T2 running but what?

This is what I have:

P3 450
RAM 128
GF2 V7700

Ok go at it Im willing to try anything, I WANT TO PLAY!!!

And this crap makes it no fun to play
