CHARLEHORSES!!!!!

I always get them in the lower back of my leg. And this morning I had the worst one I have EVER had and it SUCKED!!!

I probably scared the crap out of Gryphon

. Just laying there and all of a sudden Im turning on my other side and BAM! the pain hits! I jump up and then Gryphon jumps right after. I grab for my leg but cant touch it cuz it hurts so bad and he cant touch it cuz Ill kill him

So we are both grabbing my leg and I can hardly breathe cuz of the pain and tears building up

. Must of took me 5 mins to get my breathe under control. Now for rest of the day I try to walk it out but its still tensed up so cant do much today

.

THEY SUCK! Why do they have to hurt so bad?!
