Default [THZ] Bad news
Well, it appears that we will not get our files restored. They say they do nightly backups, but to the same tape, since they got to it so late, the only backup they have is after the tragedy. I might get a refund do due to the terribly slow service, but not much else can be done They restored all the system files that they add when an account is created.
