The ForceFeedback is with you!
Hey everyone... i'm not sure what all your particular tastes are, but back in the day SiFi and i were big fans of the X-Wing flight sim franchise... c'mon, someone's gotta remember X-Wing, or TIE Fighter... or X-Wing vs TIE Fighter, or X-Wing Alliance ;p
In any case, if anyone out there still plays this, or has it collecting dust in a cd tower somewhere, load it up, dust off your Stick, and check this site out: http://www.xwaupgrade.com/ it's a mod project for X-Wing Alliance, with a philosophy of rebuilding each ship and object in the game, one by one, with high-detail models and high-res textures. It's a huge project, and it's been going for a number of years. For the workmanship alone it's worth a look in their picture archive.

It has been almost a year since I last play X-Wing Alliance which is still installed on my system. I think I even brought the CD's with me to my dorm. I will look at that web site after classes tomarrow, got to head to bed now.
I also still have X-wing and Tie-fighter at home.
