Appreciating Burt Reynolds :)
With all the stars that have been dying recently, maybe it's time to celebrate the great man's films, while he is still alive.

Burt has said he was offered the lead in the 1983 movie Terms Of Endearment, but turned it down to do Stroker Ace because he promised a buddy. Jack Nicholson (2nd choice) went on to win an Academy Award for his role as a washed up astronaut in Terms Of Endearment and the rest is history.
