Are they going to do the same thing with the LOTR Two Towers when they release it on DVD? One in June and then the extended one in Nov.? I just got a craving to watch it and wondering when they are coming out

Far as I know, they are going to do a theatrical release, and then an extended edition later. I don't have firm dates on the release of either, since New Line is playing coy about it.

It could be that KIA or someone else will be doing a freebie promotional deal, just like last year, but again, I have no word on that at this point.

I'd recommend you get the EE version, personally, I see no reason to buy both. If they do a freebie thing again that'll be different, but I personally am waiting for the long one.

Yeah we waited last year for the extended one and Im glad we did well worth it. The extra footage explains more stuff here and there.

Heh, well, I found many parts of the books inspirational, I suspect much of it had to do with me reading them at 12, right before teenagerhood.

I guess the point was, it gave me inspiration not to quit. I had some weird crap going on those years, and it helped me greatly.
