It's easy to make a skin.... You find a good skinning site, and send the guy an Email asking for the one you want.

That's the URL for the one I asked to have made. Everyone should get it so they can see it... No readme in it tho... just unzip it to your Tribes/GameData/Base/Textures/Skins folder. And if you don't have a skins folder, make one.
