Mwaaa haa haaaaaa.......
Ok, I am using the product of evilsoft. MS-IME2000, which is integrated with Windows 2000 (which has FABULOUS asian text support!) It works so amazingly... you can type in all forms of kana, and there is some kanji auto-translation thingy. (I don't know enough japanese to know if it is working right.) The thing is, you have probebly tried japanese text support in Win95/98/ME (they're all the same...) and found that it really sucks. You gotta get Win2K for some REAL japanese text support. (Even my system calendar can be in japanese! It's wai cool!) I've never tried NJStar or any of it's derivatives, although I've heard they're quite good. For longer things or kanji, I use a program called JWPCE. It's basicly a japanese word processor. It comes with EDICT and ENAMDICT so it has really wicked kanji support. You can look up kanji in many different ways. (like radical or bushu lookup, four-corner method, SKIP, stroke count, or JIS index.) It has a really good dictionary lookup system too. (Although it didn't work too well untill i started using Win2K) Anyhow, aside from my trusty kana chart, that is how I do japanese!
