Update to my proto-requirments documentation for my scripting

Installtion of the PJ's T2 Support scripts will be required (and most likly included) with the scripts i create for THZ. http://www.planettribes.com/pj/t2support.asp

Now here is a question. Do we want them to open to the public, or do yall want them to be for inhouse use only?

I am cool ether way. I will write some for the public and keep all THZ request scripts on a .dso distribution to clan members only policy.

Or I can make all .cs files public. Ether way is cool. As soon as I get a real script up i will see about using that web space. (Could i get some help with that, I can do HTML. Just not very good with graphics).

OH wait! I need to write a script first! No T2 for DeLukas tonight
