They can't be world Champions if they don't play other world teams. Anyone can go walk around saying they are the world champions of a sport only they play, doesn’t make them world champions. Unless your in TampaBay then it doesn’t help there are people who though the bucs were great even years before they won the Cup -o- Dick or what ever they play for in the world championships.
