Default Interesting Article on Prefetching, for WinXP gamers
I gained about 10fps on average, on ut2k4, with all settings maxed out, including AS, by disabling prefetch
Prefetching Article for Windows XP on TechRepublic
I was getting 20-40fps, 30fps on average
I'm now getting 30-50fps, 40fps on average
