Well, they're both a little rough. Enhancements to the first would include making the black area into a parchment look. Enhancements to the second would be to add bats, probably round the scroll ends somewhat, might texture the moon better, and rework the name a bit.

As they stand, I like the overall look of the first one better, but I prefer the composition of the second. If that makes any sense. I'll give it a rest for a while to let some other entries have a shot, and then if you want to go with one of these I can make the enhancements.
