You are not going to beleive this but i did try something and it WORKED!!!!!
In my TS server name I had Red's Box | redsbox.net
I REMOVED the ' after the d so it looked like this, Reds Box | redsbox.net and it showed up. So the apostrphy was the problem. Sound right?
