I had fun-fun today. I just happened to join a 3 player game waiting to take on Diablo himself. Gee, I thought, and joined. There was a Necro, and 2 Pallys. They all died, i was the only one who didnt die (ok, well i did die, but it was before they summoned Diablo.... stupid Oblivion Knights....rggg). Whee it was fun. I ran out of all my potions, but in the end, I struck the finishing blow (and nearly gained a level!) and beat the game! Woo hoo. Next, I joined up with my brother and we hacked thru the secret cow level. Now here is my kwestion: If you kill the cow king, does it lock you out of the secret cow level forever???

If I remember right you can only open the Cow level Once per difficulty level. You can still enter if someone else makes it.

Well I just found out that as long as you don't kill the Cow King you can open the level indefinatly.

Yeah, usually the procedure is that the first person to see him types KING, and then someone leaves the party and kills him off.

But wouldn't that still lock that player out of the secrect cow level?

No it won't lock him out. Whoever killes the king can't open the red portal anymore. He can still go thru it though.

Aah. I see. So the thing to do would be to get a player who's already killed the king to kill him again, thus saving the other party members.

That's a bicth, I open the cow level and I was done everything, but the King, and some sorc join my party while I was in act 5 and she mentioned she had kill him, I did'nt realise it would block me from the cow level permanantly, I love the cow level, oh well, more anger to take out on TyAss
