The Tribes 1 looks like either Alpha or early Beta from the weapons.

The Tribes 2 brings back memories of fun and adventures, even though I don't remember people using the cloak much.

Never did my the last one, and probably never will unless its free.

Yeah the Tribes 1 is an Alpha video, it is the first video I saw mid 1998 that got me hooked.

I just noticed that on the T:V clip they are talking about its multiplayer but they are showing nothing but its single player. Tempted to load up T2 again and play a bit, but thats got to wait till later.

They totally were ;_; I miss playing so much. I wish they could recreate the game with better graphics, but same style/balance.

Wouldn't be the same. :( We've changed ourselves and played so many other things in the intervening time.

Yeah, I agree with Gambit. I can actually hit someone for once without using a vehicle! :) Been playing a game called Joint Opperation with my room-mate and have gotten very good compaired to my Tribes days with my aiming. I do wish for a game to come out that all of use can play like in the old days.

Just a note. Tribes aint dead. Well it isn't as lively as it used to be, but there is a strong community dedicated to keeping the game alive. We would love to see the Hounds show up! Join us on the Elite Warriors server and see what happens.. best time is on Fridays... The event brings in 80 players!!!
