There's nothing in that picture/caption that indicates that they were getting married. When I got married, We had pictures of bride and/or groom with just about everyone. Wedding photographers do that so they can make more money by trying to sell the photos to your relatives. ;)

I know, that is what made it funny. It is just a picture of brother and sister together, but the caption can sound like they were the ones that got married.
