If you get your computer stuff online NEVER EVER NEVER go thru NewEgg.com.

As you know BJ's Klipsch Speakers went out, we where expecting it, and so we called NewEgg to see how we go about returning these ones and gettin replacements. Well they said you have to pay for the shipping AND then be charged for a restocking fee, WTF? So you are going to charge me for broken speakers? Yeah ok. Thats just wrong in my book. We also found out that they are not a Klipsch dealer thingy or doesnt service with Klipsch.

So who the hell knows if ANY of their products they are selling are the real thing. Or selling bad products.

Im sooo pissed at them and they DO NOT treat their customers with respect to make them to want to come back. So Im going to let everyone know how they are and not to go thru with them.

Again DO NOT go thru with NewEgg.com!!!!!

Wow...That is weird. I just got them to swap out a motherboard for me that died. It was 4 months old.

Sorry about that. :(

They were going to replace the speakers and I'm sure I would had no problem (accept I would have to pay to ship the bad product to them), but there was a bad batch of Klipsch speakers, so I figured instead of getting another set that may be bad that I have to pay for to ship, I would just get a refund and buy it locally. Well on a refund they charge 15% restocking fee, restocking? Restocking a defective product?

Not only that but right on the receipt it says that the "Klipsch speakers are serviced by Klipsch", but when you call Klipsch they tell you that newegg.com is not an authorized reseller of Klipsch products, newegg.com just ignored my comment about that.

Now I had problems with a Xerox printer that I got for X-Mas as well. I called Xerox, they said no problem, sent me a new one within 2 days. They told me to place my old printer in the same box and UPS would pick it up for FREE! Now THAT is excellent service.

Compare Newegg's shares to Xerox's... There's your answer.

Ahh good idea.

I would have bought them locally Maz but at Christmas nobody had them in stock yet since the recall and they were not expecting any until after the new year. I wanted to get them for him for Christmas :). I thought I would have no problems ordering them online and was told NewEgg was a good place to go. We never have had a problem with any online orders until now.

Thats too bad for you, here some advice, when buying online, make sure the business is an official reseller of the product your buying

Yeah NOW you tell me :D .

You think that anything they sell would be resellers or servicers of all the products.
