how many songs they want banned from the radio?

Ok I know some can be tasteless right now but some that they are naming I think they are taking it just a little too far. Yes songs bring up memories but they also can be thought of as good memories. That and what song out there doesnt go thru "Lets ban this song for this reason".

I saw a cartoon in the newspaper today, showed the Statue of Liberty with three dwarvish-looking guys chipping at her Bill of Rights to load up a catapult to hit Osama Bin Laden.

The only repercussion I worry about now from the WTC crash/bomb/razing is how far will the public let its governing body restrict its freedom. If a happy medium can be reached (i.e. restriction with scruples, rather than protect at all costs), think Britain for example, then more power to Americans. If we sacrifice all personal liberties for total protection, well, then you have 1984.

Remember, nothing in life worth having is easy to attain, and for me, the spice of life is how close you can cheat Death (i.e. Bungee Jumping, Skydiving, Xtreme Sports) which I enjoy doing, although I haven't had a chance to free-hand rockclimb lately, Minnesota and Florida being absurdly level!

That being said, censorship is wrong in any form. If you don't like it, don't look at it, and lead by example. If you object to your kids seeing/hearing/touching something out of the norm, talk with them face-to-face, kids are smarter than most parents give them credit for and just want to be treated fairly.

Religion is the stagnation of modern thought, it says do not Discover, just Believe. I think if God truly exists, It would object to the Human created religions based on It because It created us to be curious and to explore, whereas the main World religions were (in general) used to cow peasants into submission.

Think for yourself, don't let others tell you what's right or wrong.
