With Hollywood trying to revive any concept it can dig up (I fear a big screen version of Murder She Whote with Meryl Streep as Jessica Fletcher is likely), are remakes always bad? The Omega Man and Seven Nights in Japan were remakes, of Vincent Price's I Am Legend and Roman Holiday respectively, and they were good variations. So are remakes ok, and what good ones can you think of? :)
