Hey BJ How do i make this fourm stop spamming my email every time some one replys to my post?

When you reply to a subject, uncheck the box below that says "Email Notification"

and uncheck the option for "Use 'Email Notification' by default?"


and for existing topics that are spamming you, go here to remove the ones you dont want to email you when there is a reply to them.

I had like 23 new messages every day i checked my mail. They were ALL from the Fourm :/
