Your tagline is ironic in the context of this discussion, SiFi. :lol

/me walks in and sees activities
/me begins to take a seat only to stop and decide to stand instead of sitting in the inch of dust covering every seat in the room.

This year of College is almost over but I will be around a lot less for the summer. I will have no internet in my apartment (which is provided by my company). So, I have 2 weeks of internet, a week and a half of classes with finals, before the great disconnect. I will be back online in August when I move back into the College dorm room and start the next school year.

And still quite true :P

Hi. :D
Been pretty busy with work up until about four weeks ago. Then I tore up my knee. Just starting to re-learn how to walk. :(
Other than that, I'm doing good. Looking for a job that's closer to Seattle. The desert sucks. I'll post more later. Been having problems sleeping due to the heat lately. ;)

Been looking at staying in government service if I can. It's a pretty good deal overall.
The other option is working for a private company. Right now, my number one dream job is working for Aerojet in Redmond. I'd love to actually put my rocket science stuff to good use on a rocket (instead of a chemical laser, or DE weapons). Though if there is a DE weapons company up in the Seattle area, I am interested. If either of those don't work out, then there's always the various Boeing things up that way. :D
And if worse comes to worse, there's Pacific Northwest National Labs, and some of the DoE stuff.
It was just hitting home last week that I am so far away from my family if something goes wrong. My girlfriend found this out first hand last week: a very close family friend lost the war to cancer a week ago. She'd been fighting for 22 years. It made me think of how old my grandma is, and how old my parents are.
