addicted to wow, working way too much, trying to have promiscuous sex on the side... yup, all my time is accounted for :P I'm thinking of checking out Guild Wars, especially without the monthly fee. The dev team is ex-Blizzard, so that makes it at least remotely promising... I just fear the server meltdown, given they were never properly stress-tested.

my fault too, finishing my second year exams and getting some tutoring training on the side for a TAship next year in the History department. that and a little work and spending a great deal of time with my fiancee, i'm surprised i have time at all to sleep :)
oh, since everyone else has an addiction, mine is... coffee and free web MMOs. and dollar store cupcakes. and BattleTech. mostly BT.

Working mostly. Playing AA on occasion. Played a bit of T2 here and there. Played a bit of X2: The Threat, but I've been busy.
We're moving in about 2 weeks to a different apartment. It's to save some money, be in a nicer neighborhood (no more driveby's YAY!), and the management changed at our current place into some not very nice people. They're jacking up the rent on new leases too. :(
We pay 1060 / mo now, and the new rents for the same units are just shy of 1300 / mo. But it's okay, I wouldn't pay that much for this place. :D

You'd think. They're talking about families with incomes up to 75 k not being able to afford a house down here. If you want to live in the ghetto, you can get a house for 200 k. :(

There are some very smart people looking at rent to purchase ratios and other factors that say we're nearing a real estate bust. IF that is true, Asha's better off renting and saving, then buying when the bottom falls out.
But the CA real estate market has been screwy for a long time.
