I am not grinding hard to get anywhere, you may catch up hehe. There are a few in the guild who started long after me and now are past me.

Sign up on the ATF boards if you get a chance, you don't have to participate in the discussions, but at least you can maybe keep up to date on any raid plans or other guild events. Laur has an account, Kitz doesn't

You should also pick up Cosmos if you want, many in the guild use it, it is great. And Kitz, you should look at DefendYourself, nice for druids, it auto melee attacks.

I'm so close to starting a Night Elf Rogue to try rogue out and to help and level with you guys til you catch up. But at the rate Im leveling you'll probably catch up :).
