I guess you can only sit with your feet up on the desk for so long before the back breaks off your chair :o
I sit every day with my feet up on the desk and the keyboard in my lap, now I will never find a chair that feels the same, they will all lean too far back or not enough. :(

Sorry to hear about your fall, Gryphon. You should be more careful. Did you get it on video by chance? I'm sure America's Funniest Home Video would give you some money for that one...SORRY! ;) Really, though, are you ok?
chair shopping is the worse, you can never find your old one

* trivia excursion hat on *
Actually, there is some dispute over the name of duct/duck tape. Most people know that one of the few things the tape is not good for is taping up attic HVAC ducts. On the other hand, I've heard that it was developed for the military and is called "duck" tape because of its water-resistant properties (as in "ran like water off a duck's back"). And of course there is the Duck-brand duck/duct tape, and they'd like you to think they invented the stuff.
* hat off.. - no, wait, it's stuck! Someone taped it on! Help! Get this thing off... *

The first "Oh no my chair!" was the left side make a crack noise and dropped about three inches. I was like, "Damn now my chair is crooked :(" Then like 10 minutes later the whole thing went at once. :o

Ok, so I'm not the only one who would have laughed. Good girl, Stang.
Just kidding, Gryphon...well, I would have laughed, but no hard feelings.

We have a new member to our little family. Brought him home today. He feels kinda odd trying to replaced such a loved one. But he is doing just fine. He has a strong back and can handle quite a load. Good thing.

I fell out of my chair again :( This time one of the legs broke. Guess I shouldn't compute with my feet up on the desk.
