Got this in my school's email inbox this morning.

I didn't send anything like this. And if it's a virus or worm, it couldn't have come from my school account because they run unix and don't allow those things to be executed locally.
I ran a virus scan of my system last Friday, and I'm clean. Just an FYI so that if anything is going on on your end, you can fix it. :D
