Router down, or out of Bandwidth?

I'm a little confused, because this page is pausing for about 2 seconds whenever I click on anything... It's not my comp, I did a check in other programs, and other sites operate normally... Is there a problem? Are you uploading something massive or something? I dunno, but I've never had this problem here before.
