Why does it seem like all the jobs come in groups? I've been looking at getting hired at Edwards AFB for almost two years now. I started with interest in doing some propulsion work, but now I'll be joining the AirBorne Laser project down there.
Now, I go to read my email and there is a job at a rocket company called Aerojet that is asking for someone with fluid mechanics in their background. This would be my dream job. Working on a giant laser is cool and all... and I actually will be interested in it. But I'm a rocket scientist! I should be working on rockets!!!!
Jobs are exactly like women. Always in groups, always work, and both have their benefits that make you think they're a good deal.
And you know what? Stang's nickname of boobalicious is not in the quotes! Stang is definitely boobalicious. (So is my girlfriend... I'm glad she doesn't read these forums. :D )

Go for the job that you want not many people get to work on their dream job so if thats what you want and the pay is good go for it :). They both sound like exciting jobs now you just got to make the heart renching decision. Where is this other job located?
Your just a popular guy and I from seeing you I can see why, seeeexxxyyy :D. (Im glad your gf doesnt read these boards either or she would probably hate me :))

The other job was in Sacramento. I think I'll take the Edwards job and get some experience and a clearance. :D

Clearance = $$$$
I'm a year and a half out and I tossed up a VERY brief resume containing only the basics and my clearance level...oh the monies...

I like to complain to my sister about the amount of money some companies are offering. She's older than me by a few years, finishing grad work, and is having a tough time trying to find a job in her field (speech pathology). I like to complain about how I never went to college, have been paid the past 4 years, and these 'lousy' contracts I get offered start at 94k/yr.
I'm not recruiting, but enlisting in the military and doing intelligence for 5 years is a great way to secure a very comfortable future.

Lucky... I'm switching out of Music, which has no support in our world now, to Computer Science with hopes of doing R&D in hardware development.
I took one year in computer netowrking and repairs, and I can't find a decent job, so now I'm stuck working in a call center at 26K a year :(
