Okay as I'm sure the entire world is aware Gray Davis is being recalled and you all will get to reelect a new Governor on Oct. 7th. My question is this: How do you all feel about all the freaky freaks coming out of the woodwork to run for governor. Seeing as it only takes 3 grand and 65 signatures to declare yourself a candidate, pretty much anyone can be governor. Such rousing people as:

Ah-nold, Austrian God of Destruction
Larry Flint, founder of Penthouse
DL Hughley, comedian
Webster, also known as Gary Coleman.
Gallagher, righteous freak who smashes watermelons and think's he's funny
Mary Carey, PORN STAR.

Who are you guys going to vote for? If you don't live in Cali, who WOULD you vote for? This list doesn't even include all the folks running.

I found out about the last one on that list only this afternoon. Being the scholar that I am, I did some research. She is motivated, to say the least. If she carries that same enthusiasm into the political scene she could cause some trouble. :)

(Also she will never fear an assassination attempt because from the looks of things, if she gets shot in the chest it will automatically be deflected.)

Ahnuld. He's charismatic, devious (as shown by his appearance on Leno last week), and his personality type is the kind of person what will kick the ass of whatever stands in his way. :D

Thats what ya get for livin in California :D. The nuts come out when called :).

Id say Arnold too. He has been working with getting schools better and like Asha said he'd kick some ass if anyone got in his way. He just seems like the right person. And why not a WWF wrestler was governor :).

Gallagher wouldnt be too bad really. We saw him in concert a few months back and he actually is pretty damn smart on politics. His ideas seemed pretty good to me and sounded like they would really work. And hes down to earth when hes not smashing things :D.

Note this however:

Arnold will lead California
Jesse Ventura leads ...Michigan I believe?

All we need is Carl Weathers to run for governer and the cast of Predator will be running our country!

I smell conspiracy!

Um, "Webster" was Emmanuel Lewis. Gary Coleman is "Arnold" from Diff'rent Strokes. :)

Arnold any day of the year. He's cool... :) Besides, I think he's nicer than he looks. Or sounds.

Gary Coleman makes me laugh. I can't imagine him actually running a hamlet, let alone a state.

Gary Coleman after Different Strokes just creeped me out for some reason.
