Install:

Unzip WeaponSupport.zip to the tribes2\gamedata\base\ folder.
Requires Writer's Support.vl2 Script

You must bind a key to access the setup hud and you may bind a key to toggle on and off WeaponSwap.

WeaponSwap will switch weapons after firing. You may select a primary and a secondary switch. If the primary is not pressent or does not have ammo you will be swapped to the secondary selection.
