Started with a Roto Zip, only made it a couple inches before the bit was dead.

Dremmel with a 1-1/4 in. fiberglass reinforced cut-off wheel is much better.

I lightly scored a line with the wheel where I wanted the cut.

I then worked back and fourth along that line until I was through.
