Can't connect?????
If you can't connect, that means you are probably running an old Lineage II: Chronicles III client. NCsoft has changed the Login encryption. The server has been updated to support that new encryption; but the server isn't backwards compatible!! Usually if you download all the updates on CGL, you can connect. However, if that doesn't work then run Lineage II.exe and click check file to return your client to the unpatched and current state. After that, run CGL.

vBulletin has put in image verification, we also make is so they have to activate via a valid email address, and they must put in a birthdate. So I imagine it was a real person signing up, though there might be something more I can do, going to look into it.

*edit, ok I have implements 'something'..now I hope another shows up so I can test it

Also, a clear policy on this sort of thing displayed on the sign-up screen may or may not deter some folk.
