Default Next generation of guns...

In March 2000, Metal Storm Limited announced that the United States Department of Defense (DoD) had approved US$10.25 million (A$16.895 million) funding for the development of a prototype Advanced Sniper Rifle utilising Metal Storm technology.

One more thing to add to my wish list.

UT is a fun game to play to take your mind off of the frustrations at work !

(get up on the CTF base FACE and make a TON of really STUPID BOTS and head shot them for like a whole hour straight..... THen try to remember why you were frustrated )

That system is strange... what if the electronics are fried? EMP? Bad battery? (or a backup failure?) Can you imagine how a weapon system like that might be defeated by say... high levels of UHF or Microwave intereference. The gun might go off by itself, or not fire at all.
