The last thing the players need is more money. Or the owners for that matter. What is this going to do to ticket prices and to consessions at the stadiums. That thought alone makes me glad that I am not a fan of baceball.

Makes me not want to go to a baseball game anymore. Im not going to give my money to people that want to whine about how much they make when they make enough.

I've heard alot of people around here say they will not go to games because of this. Wonder if they will follow thru.

I wonder if this has affected the sales any? I doubt it.

It seems that when one disgruntled fan stops going to games there is about 20 others that try and take their place. Most people don't realize that giving the players more money means only one thing. Higher prices for both consenions and Tickets. With the greed that is baceball it won't be long and you will need to take out a 3 year loan just to see one game and only the VERY rich will be able to by tickets.

How much longer do we have to wait until even the third tear row zzzzz seat 999 is $150.00 a pice.

To hell with baceball. All HAIL the salery cap!!! All HAIL FOOTBALL!!! Where big money team dosen't nessarly mean winning. (example Dalass Cowpies of last season)

You know what gets me?

I went to a baseball game this summer with some friends. We got some water and food outside of the park. But when we got to the gate, the told us to toss the bottles in the trash. They said that we couldn't take them in because of security concerns.

WTF?? I'm gonna go and mix some explosives into a water-like substance (that I can drink without it eating my insides), then take it into a baseball stadium to blow part of it up??

I told the guy that told me to toss it to go to hell. But I couldn't get in without getting rid of the bottle.

Oh and when I got inside, the water was something like $3.00, when outside it was only $1.00.

At the airport they make you drink your liquids. I had a sprite and had to take a sip of it in front of them. So I can kinda understand that.

The teachers around here are either voting to go on strike, going on strike, or are working without contracts. I say give that money they are whining about and give it to the real workers that are helping our kids make a future for themselves.

What a teacher makes in a year is only pocket change for these baceball players and what they make. I don't think that teachers get what they diserve. Baceball players definatly don't get what they deserve.
