same problem here, i thought it was a screwed install, lets see:
i have a rather beefy hardware firewall on my router

however my pc is running through the DMZ port so theoretically there should be no firewall on my pc, let me try disabling it and see what happens

disabled my hardware firewall, no such luck, it still gives the error message
