Nah. Setup several machines at your university to send a LOT of pings to that IP address. :D

And sign that email up for EVERYTHING you can think of. :D

go to run, type cmd and the following command:

/ping 222.185.118.94 -f -t -l 1000

that will ping the bastard with a 1kb packet for as long as you feel like doing it, enjoy!

-f:

Flood ping. Outputs packets as fast as they come back or one hundred times per second, whichever is more. This provides a rapid display of how many packets are being dropped. Only a privileged user may use this option. This can be very hard on a network and should be used with caution.

of course not, i was doing that from the university computers, the computer lab was nearly empty and i just went onto 6 empty stations in a row and set up the packet floods and minimized them

it started off fine, it was replying to the packets, high ping, but still replying, later on, about half hour later it started reporting 100% packet loss, so i claim victory
